sogay is working on a bunch of screencaps which I'm sure will be higher quality. This was just me indulging.
Life, Loss, Leaving: my favorite moments in screencaps
- The credits. It's so cool and interesting and everyone looks good. Love the jump cuts especially.

So is this like a hint for Dana and Alice? Fresh from watching Jossverse I don't think I dare hope.

Gorgeous. I hope the background is Shane's future hair shop.
I love how this was shot:

- I was so amused by the Alice and Shane scene at the Planet. They have awesome dynamics!
Shane sees Tonyabitch walk in:

And they pretend to be all caught up in private conversation. Look at how awkwardly adorable Shane is:

Of course Tonya comes over anyway:

Then Dana comes. Look at how she looks at Alice from across the table, OMG:

Bathroom scene. Ahh!

Come on, Dana. Look at yourself.

Uh huh.

Back outside. Oh Bette...

Heh - take that, Tonya.

- I really liked the Ivan and Kit scenes. Ivan's such a gentleman:

- Most of Jenny's stuff I thought was boring. But I loved how Jenny's story was visualized:

- Anything with Shane, I love. Here she goes to work. Can we take a moment and stare at her jeans? Oh yes.

I love how we often see her introduce herself through the mirror:

Assistant chick is totally smitten:

Love how Shane always smiles when she does this:

Awww!

- Again, Jenny's stuff wasn't interesting to me, but I love the colors in this scene:

Jenny hears about Marina's suicide attempt (did I mention how glad I am she's gone?):

- Hah! Alice's knitted strap-on dildo harness:

- Alice was great in this scene with Bette:

- Kit caught Ivan off guard:

Poor Ivan =((

- I LOVE this Alice/Dana scene, OMG:

Especially when they talked about Dana's muscles and how Alice's shirts cling in some places and fall off in others. Hee! SO cute. SO OTP.
- Justin wants his Brian Kinney back:

Um, you're all surprised Shane is with someone else? Please get with the program.

But aw...

That's it. Not enough Shane, but I'll deal. Overall, I thought the episode flows better than those in Season 1. Things like timings of conversation and pacing felt better. I have faith in character growth. Can't wait to see how everything unfolds.

Date: 2005-02-22 04:07 am (UTC)I don't think Jenny is evil, just confused a lot. I hope she develops "principles" or whatnot that she will actually stick to.
I think I have a crush on Shane.
Oh honey, join the club. Hee.
And yay for repeated viewings!
