Um, I took a shot at an ensemble vid *is scared*. The song is "Affirmation" by Savage Garden.

This vid is my little tribute to how much QaF has affected me. Dedicated to my RL friends Andrea, Jon, and Chris. Your support is invaluable.

I loved it! It was positively touching and light-hearted and deep all at the same time. Ensemble vids are hard to pull off, but this one worked so well. Your song choice is to be lauded and your clip direction praised.

Aww this is one of my favorite videos ever. I love the ones with the whole cast. You made the lyrics fit in perfectly. I think I actually teared up a few times. It's videos like this that make me remember how much I love the show and why my favorite part about it is the ENTIRE cast (which is especially relevant now because I'm getting tired of all the fighting among the fans).

Flo, I'm not exaggerating - this is my favorite QAF vid EVER. Ever. Ever. Ever. I'm a SG freak, but more than that - it just captured the whole gang so effectively, and the words fit so well with the QAF storylines, that it's just the best ever. (did I say that before? :-P) So. Good.

I even came out of LJ exam-study-semi-retirement when I saw that Wendy said that you were insecure about it, because I had to tell you that far from needing to be insecure, this is IMO the best (or if not, then at least one of the best) out there.

Oh my god, Flo. I'm bawling. This was amazing. I LOVE ensemble vids. I'm not really a SG fan but this song worked PERFECTLY. I loved loved loved these parts especially: Jen and Debbie doing the best they could, Ben's heart and soul, Justin appreciating real love, everything with Emmett, the adorable Justin/Daphne part, oh and the ending was just wonderful too. I'm still all teary and inocherent, I don't even have words to say how much I loved this. :)) But it was perfect. Thank you so much.

A new fic from Aida, and a fantabulous vid from you...all in the space of one evening! What more can a girl ask for?! Seriously though...this song MUST have been written for this show! Really, absolutely perfect!

The very beginning with the 3 boys at the bar, and then Justin looking up and stepping into the puddle...the junk food at 0:58...Emmett and Ted at 3:02 *bawls like a baby*...and the END! Yeah, I'll stop with that. Just know that I loved every second of this vid, and your clip choices were absolutely spot-on!

Yay I'm so happy reading your favorite parts :D!! I thought the Justin looking up pretty much sets the emotional tone of the vid. And I was gonna do a less literal junk food part, like with Brian consuming so much drugs, but Wendy was like, "gorging on pizza!", and I was like, "OMG Brian/Michael KFC!" Hahaha!

I'm gonna run out of compliments for your vids - so let's just say this one? In terms of the way it made me feel? ...MY FAVOURITE. And it's not even B/J. You're a freakin' master.
I'm not even gonna bother dissecting/recapping because it was *all* just so damn perfect. As always the timing and the editing were first-class, and the clips chosen were BEAUTIFULLY set to the song - every one bringing back memories of different storylines and giving me a great big warm glow in the middle of my chest :). AND IT'S AN AUSTRALIAN BAND. Colour me happy as a pig in mud.
I was seriously crying tears of joy at this, Flo. In the finale? After the last "...until you've said goodbye"...? There were tears in my eyes, but a huge grin plastered on my face. You've outdone yourself.

I'm not sure why I was insecure... Mostly due to difluency, I guess. With B/J, I (and everyone else) know each of their scenes *so* well, but it was quite a challenge for the rest of the cast (Where the hell did Vic plead not guilty?! or OMG I will never find the right Lindsay movement for that section!), so that was why I was nervous that my decisions might not have been the right ones.

Wow. Oh wow.

See, I'm a B/J shipper. Some might call me diehard. I know I do. I kind of focus my fandom on that aspect of it, and don't really read or do anything else. Heck, I haven't got the time. But when I saw this, and knowing how much I love your stuff, I figured I'd give it a chance. And I'm glad I did.

Because what it did for me is it reminded me that I love the whole show. Yeah, I love Brian and Justin. Of course I do. But I love the whole cast too - every single one of them, even the lezzies who can drive me nuts at times. I do love them, and you've reminded me of that with this work of art of yours. You took me back to the days of George and Emmett, to the days of Brian and Michael overeating junk food, to the pain of Brian and Justin's breakup, to the angst of Michael's trying to deal with Ben's HIV status. THIS is why I love QAF - all of the human bits that make the people, the 'characters' (I consider them people, not characters) who they are. And you've reminded me of that.

So thanks. Thanks for your hard work, your time, your effort, your bandwidth, your talent, and for being willing to share all of that with us.
