I know that was the lamest feedback ever, but seriously, this is definitely your best video so far and one of the best fannish videos (all fandoms) I've ever seen.

Technically perfect and emotionally moving.

Made me want to re-watch Angel, after all this time... :-)

You are simply amazing and this video rocks. I like how you showed everyoned's 'evolution' to the 'the darker side'.

Timing and rhythm worked out really great. And my favourite part was the final sequence (starting around 3:30) including the Faith shower scene. Very intense.

Dear christ that was hot. You told me in a comment that I had a good eye for internal motion. I had no idea what that meant, but I feel like watching this vid gave me a damn good lesson. Your vids - even when cut choppily to match the song ohsoperfectly) - have this insanely perfect flow to them.

The fact that it was hot needs to mentioned again, I feel.

I think my favorite bits were the cuts of Faith losing her shit in the shower near the four minute mark and the quick flash of all the little bits at the almost-end.

Flo this is incredible. The sense of motion and pace is unbelievable - the spinning and the shaking within the clips, and the staggering between different clips just gives it all this extreme intensity, so that you're really not able to look away or relax, even for a second. Thematically it was a little complicated for me, having only seen the Angel eps once, but the central arc was clear enough, and that's saying a lot.:D Like others have said, the shower scene and the flashes with the drum roll are really spectacular. Like WOW.
Brilliant stuff, mah dear.:x Some time I'll have to catch you on YM and tell you all the awesome little specific bits that I love.

Bits I loved:
(I'm at work so forgive me if I've remembered some things inaccurately)
1. The gun with the "UGGH" - DUDE THAT WAS INCREDIBLE.
2. Faith staking a vamp intercut with vamped-up Angel. Cool parallel.
3. Buffy and Faith standing off and then looking up to see Faith with the crossbow - very very cool.
4. The arrival of Connor and the shot into Angel's cell - the movement looks awesome.
And I can't remember anymore right now. Oh but I loved how they all had blood on their hands at one time or another.:x:x:x

This vid has such a *punch* to it. Part of that comes from the clips you're using, and the violence in so many of them, but I think the majority of it comes from the timing you've done. You play up the big, gut-hitting beats, and it's hard not to just get knocked back into your chair watching them.

And then when the twangy guitar comes in just before the "fuck you"s you change your imagery and cutting and it's awesome. And then Faith gets really really mad and I want to punch things too, because *guh*.

And that's not even touching on the actual content you're weaving together. The more I watch it, the more the comparisons between the three of them crystallize, and I just start nodding at the monitor in time with the music. :D

It's just so intense. I've been reading Premieres reviews, but now I really would have liked to see this get discussed at the con review. :]

Wow! That is one very slick vid. Loved the energy of it, the way everything kept building up and up. Agree with the others who thought the bit with Faith losing it in the shower was a great highlight, but even at the start when things were just developing, all the different clips just seemed *right*.
